Hydro Road (HR) products deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions for road construction and ground stabilisation, supporting applications from certified industrial road building and repair to stabilisation of roads, paths, and pavements in remote and infrastructure-limited regions.

Hydro Asphalt (HA)

Hydro Road’s Hydro-Asphalt is a water-based, cold-manufactured and cold-applied asphalt designed to deliver durable, skid-resistant, heavy-duty road surfaces with significantly lower environmental impact than traditional methods.

The process eliminates the need for high-temperature production and reduces reliance on petrochemicals and solvents, lowering energy consumption and emissions while simplifying logistics and application.

Despite its low-impact production, HA delivers performance comparable to high-quality conventional hot-mix asphalt, offering a scalable and sustainable alternative for modern infrastructure development.

Hydro Road Stabiliser (HRS):

Hydro Road Stabiliser is a water-based polymer designed to stabilise, bind, and waterproof natural in-situ soils and gravels, creating durable and resilient road surfaces with minimal environmental impact.

The product is widely suited to rough road and mine haul road applications, enabling reliable infrastructure in demanding conditions while reducing construction costs and material requirements.

HRS provides a scalable, environmentally responsible solution for developing cost-effective road and pathway infrastructure, particularly in remote and infrastructure-limited regions.
